With no prior logistics experience, I took ownership of the process, built a SKU system from scratch, worked directly with the warehouse team, and created a master inventory database and iterated tirelessly to integrate it within their systems. It was the kind of project where there was no playbook—I just figured it out.

Hannah: I love a challenge, and that sense of accomplishment when I’ve solved a difficult problem or created something that made people extremely happy.
