I launched Chez Hannie as a home sewing pattern brand that empowers individuals to create their own garments. I design all digital products—including patterns and detailed instruction booklets—and create the brand’s visual identity, product photography, and digital assets. I manage our Etsy shop, Instagram account, and Pinterest, using built-in analytics to guide product decisions and marketing strategy. I also create content tailored to a highly engaged, tight-knit community, which helps foster brand loyalty and informs future development.
At this DTC luxury womenswear start-up, I worked closely with the founder to strategize, develop, and execute the brand identity from the ground up. Through a blend of design and digital storytelling, I crafted compelling visual narratives and wrote all brand copy, anchoring each collection in timely and socially relevant themes. The brand garnered significant press attention during launch, due to its collaborations with notable fine artists and strong editorial voice.

At this DTC VC-backed bridal start-up, I held a strategy-focused role in shaping the brand identity through product design and customer insight. I led initiatives to streamline and scale our product development process, growing the assortment by 7x in the first year. I used customer data and feedback to guide design decisions , contributing to an 8x increase in net revenue between 2018 and 2019. I was promoted to the leadership team, where I collaborated closely with the CEO, COO, and Head of Sales to develop strategic initiatives, define brand growth targets, and align product strategy with our broader business goals.
